Take a gentle pause from the busy pace of life and settle into an afternoon of deep restoration within the serene and cosy atmosphere of a boutique art studio.
This intimate retreat weaves together a sharing circle, Yoga Nidra — the ancient practice of “awake sleep” — and a sound healing journey featuring Tibetan and quartz crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and mantra.
Experience deep relaxation, nervous system balance, and connection to your essence.
The day includes nourishing refreshments and time for quiet reflection or warm connection.
Allow yourself the space to rest, restore, and realign.

This deeply restorative class is designed to help you slow down, unwind, and reconnect with yourself. Through a blend of gentle somatic and therapeutic movement, you’ll be guided to release layers of tension, soothe your nervous system, and cultivate a sense of inner calm.
This class invites you to move with awareness, exploring subtle sensations and listening to the body’s natural rhythm. Supported postures, mindful breath, and moments of stillness create space for restoration and renewal — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Perfect for anyone seeking balance, stress relief, or a mindful way to care for their body and mind. Leave feeling grounded, spacious, and deeply nourished from within.
Yoga 1:1 Private Session
A one hour embodied movement session based on restorative yoga somatic practices. Tailored to your body's particular needs, the focus may be strengthening, flexibility or releasing deep core tension held within the body. Yoga also helps in the management of chronic disease by reducing pain and stress. These sessions address long term dysfunctional movement patterns and empower you to move with greater ease and awareness.
